• Family maximum $170 (excluding Softball BC Memberships and non-resident fees).

• Softball BC Lifetime Memberships are required for all softball players 10 yrs or older (born 1995 or earlier). If you already have a membership # please note it on the form without payment. If you believe you have a membership but cannot locate the card please include a separate cheque payable to CMBA for $10. If we have it on record we will return the cheque.
